00:00:00,040 --> 00:00:01,640
[INTRO MUSIC]

2
00:00:01,680 --> 00:00:02,280
Hey!

3
00:00:02,360 --> 00:00:04,480
Under the willows and down

4
00:00:04,520 --> 00:00:06,080
by the river,

5
00:00:06,120 --> 00:00:11,120
Come join our friends,
Every one, having fun,

6
00:00:11,200 --> 00:00:13,080
every day...

7
00:00:13,160 --> 00:00:13,840
Hey!

8
00:00:21,400 --> 00:00:22,760
[CAR HORN]

9
00:00:25,120 --> 00:00:26,320
- Action!

10
00:00:29,920 --> 00:00:30,520
Hey!

11
00:00:30,920 --> 00:00:34,480
Drifting in rowing boats
down on the river,

12
00:00:34,560 --> 00:00:39,520
Feel the whispering wind,
Every one, having fun,

13
00:00:39,600 --> 00:00:42,360
every day...

14
00:00:52,800 --> 00:00:54,640
[CAMERA FLASH]

15
00:00:55,200 --> 00:00:59,440
[MUSIC]

16
00:01:05,239 --> 00:01:05,880
- Here you go Mole!

17
00:01:06,160 --> 00:01:07,480
- Thanks, Hedge, can
you find another?

18
00:01:07,520 --> 00:01:09,280
We need plenty
of firewood for winter.

19
00:01:09,360 --> 00:01:13,600
[MUSIC]

20
00:01:15,480 --> 00:01:17,280
- Cheepy, cheep, cheep,
cheep, cheep!

21
00:01:17,360 --> 00:01:17,920
- Wargh!

22
00:01:18,000 --> 00:01:18,560
Look out!

23
00:01:18,640 --> 00:01:19,160
- Whoa!
[WOOD FALLS]

24
00:01:19,200 --> 00:01:19,600
Whoa!
[WOOD FALLS]

25
00:01:19,680 --> 00:01:20,320
- Careful Hedge!

26
00:01:20,360 --> 00:01:21,160
- Whoops!

27
00:01:21,560 --> 00:01:22,160
Sorry!

28
00:01:23,200 --> 00:01:25,160
Kingfisher!
You made me jump!

29
00:01:25,200 --> 00:01:26,520
- Ooops! Sorry Hedge.

30
00:01:26,600 --> 00:01:29,000
It's my new song.
I learned it while I was away.

31
00:01:29,080 --> 00:01:30,520
I can't stop singing It!

32
00:01:31,280 --> 00:01:33,320
Cheep, cheep, cheepy!

33
00:01:33,440 --> 00:01:35,479
Cheepy, cheep, cheep,
cheep, cheep!

34
00:01:35,800 --> 00:01:36,400
Ha ha!

35
00:01:37,240 --> 00:01:38,560
[HEDGE LAUGHS]

36
00:01:38,640 --> 00:01:39,440
- Catchy!

37
00:01:39,520 --> 00:01:41,320
- Not sure that's
the word I'd use.

38
00:01:42,120 --> 00:01:44,400
- Oh! It really gets
stuck in your head.

39
00:01:44,680 --> 00:01:46,120
Cheepy, cheep, cheep!

40
00:01:46,560 --> 00:01:47,720
- It's terrible!

41
00:01:48,560 --> 00:01:51,120
- I thought that for the
first 20 times at least.

42
00:01:51,160 --> 00:01:53,320
But then it really grows on ya.

43
00:01:53,759 --> 00:01:55,759
Cheep, cheep, cheepy!

44
00:01:56,720 --> 00:01:57,479
- I quite like it!

45
00:01:58,080 --> 00:01:58,800
- Oh, good!

46
00:01:58,880 --> 00:01:59,920
You want to hear it again?

47
00:02:00,000 --> 00:02:00,840
- No!

48
00:02:01,080 --> 00:02:03,200
I mean, no need!

49
00:02:03,880 --> 00:02:05,600
We know it now don't we Mole?

50
00:02:05,640 --> 00:02:07,640
- Ah ha! Hedge? - Oh, yes!

51
00:02:07,720 --> 00:02:10,400
- Why don't you go and sing it
to someone else for a bit?

52
00:02:10,639 --> 00:02:11,640
- Great idea!

53
00:02:11,960 --> 00:02:13,880
Everyone's going to
want to hear this!

54
00:02:14,240 --> 00:02:16,160
Cheepy, cheep,
cheep, cheep, cheep!

55
00:02:16,240 --> 00:02:16,880
Cheep...

56
00:02:16,960 --> 00:02:17,600
- Phew!

57
00:02:18,320 --> 00:02:20,320
That song is truly awful!

58
00:02:20,600 --> 00:02:21,520
- Catchy though!

59
00:02:22,280 --> 00:02:24,400
[HEDGE: Cheep, cheep, cheepy!]

60
00:02:25,160 --> 00:02:27,560
Cheepy, cheep, cheep!
- Um! - Aargh!

61
00:02:27,640 --> 00:02:31,480
- Cheep, cheep, cheepy,
cheepy, cheep, cheep!

62
00:02:32,240 --> 00:02:34,040
- You'll never guess
what just happened?

63
00:02:34,840 --> 00:02:38,000
- I have a feeling
you're about to tell us Toad.

64
00:02:38,200 --> 00:02:41,440
It was Kingfisher! He made me
jump right out of my skin.

65
00:02:42,480 --> 00:02:44,880
Have you heard
his ridiculous song?

66
00:02:45,280 --> 00:02:46,560
- Cheep, cheep, cheepy...
- No!

67
00:02:46,640 --> 00:02:49,840
- Not again! - Cheepy, cheep,
cheep, cheep, cheep!

68
00:02:50,079 --> 00:02:52,000
- I quite like it, actually.

69
00:02:52,079 --> 00:02:53,880
It's catchy.
- Well I don't!

70
00:02:53,920 --> 00:02:55,000
- Thank you Hedge!

71
00:02:55,079 --> 00:02:57,560
As for the rest of you,
I know where I'm not wanted!

72
00:02:57,760 --> 00:03:00,360
Maybe they'll appreciate
my singing in the Wild Wood.

73
00:03:00,840 --> 00:03:03,120
- Cheep, cheep, cheepy!

74
00:03:03,160 --> 00:03:05,320
- And I was in such
a good mood, too!

75
00:03:05,400 --> 00:03:07,000
There's only one
thing for it.

76
00:03:07,440 --> 00:03:08,160
Cake?

77
00:03:09,600 --> 00:03:11,800
- Cone in the hole!

78
00:03:11,840 --> 00:03:15,600
Whoever gets the cone
right in the hole wins the game

79
00:03:15,640 --> 00:03:17,160
and the others
get 'em lunch.

80
00:03:17,680 --> 00:03:18,280
Deal?

81
00:03:18,680 --> 00:03:19,280
- Deal!

82
00:03:28,960 --> 00:03:29,760
My turn!

83
00:03:31,560 --> 00:03:33,760
- Cheepy, cheep, cheep,
cheep, cheep!

84
00:03:33,800 --> 00:03:35,079
[CHEF: LAUGHS]

85
00:03:35,160 --> 00:03:37,079
- Hey! What's the big idea?

86
00:03:37,160 --> 00:03:40,160
- Oh! bad luck Smudge.

87
00:03:40,440 --> 00:03:41,360
Your go Tinker.

88
00:03:41,960 --> 00:03:42,640
- Right!

89
00:03:43,360 --> 00:03:45,440
- Cheap, cheap, cheapy!

90
00:03:45,840 --> 00:03:48,840
[CHEF: LAUGHS]

91
00:03:48,880 --> 00:03:50,520
- looks like you two lost.

92
00:03:51,079 --> 00:03:52,480
Go and get my lunch.

93
00:03:52,880 --> 00:03:54,920
- But nobody got the cone
in the hole Chief.

94
00:03:55,360 --> 00:03:58,680
- Huh! - Yeah, but I got
closest didn't I?

95
00:03:59,000 --> 00:04:01,000
Thank you, Kingfisher!

96
00:04:01,680 --> 00:04:03,720
- You're welcome! Cheepy,

97
00:04:03,760 --> 00:04:06,440
cheep, cheep, cheep,
cheep, cheep, cheep...

98
00:04:06,600 --> 00:04:08,240
- A deal's a deal.
[KINGFISHER: SINGS]

99
00:04:08,360 --> 00:04:10,000
- Don't want to hang
around here anyway.

100
00:04:10,200 --> 00:04:11,400
Not with that racket!

101
00:04:12,840 --> 00:04:14,680
- Oh catchy, isn't it?

102
00:04:14,760 --> 00:04:18,600
- Well I like it! 'Specially
if it makes you two go

103
00:04:18,680 --> 00:04:21,240
and get me my lunch!

104
00:04:21,839 --> 00:04:22,760
- Cheep, cheep,
[TINKER: MOANS]

105
00:04:22,840 --> 00:04:23,360
Cheepy...

106
00:04:23,440 --> 00:04:24,240
- What on earth!

107
00:04:24,320 --> 00:04:26,480
- Cheepy,
cheep, cheep, cheep, cheep!

108
00:04:27,480 --> 00:04:29,680
- Here Kingfisher, why dont you
hang around a bit?

109
00:04:29,720 --> 00:04:31,320
[TWANG]

110
00:04:33,320 --> 00:04:35,320
I'll make it worth your while.

111
00:04:35,400 --> 00:04:36,480
[CHIEF: CHUCKLES]

112
00:04:36,520 --> 00:04:38,360
- Cheep, cheep, cheepy!

113
00:04:39,240 --> 00:04:41,720
[MUSIC]

114
00:04:43,320 --> 00:04:44,640
- Delicious cake Toad.

115
00:04:45,400 --> 00:04:46,560
- I needed that.

116
00:04:47,560 --> 00:04:49,240
You know, I like Kingfisher,

117
00:04:49,680 --> 00:04:52,040
but not that new song of his!

118
00:04:52,720 --> 00:04:54,480
- Catchy, though. Cheep,

119
00:04:54,840 --> 00:04:57,440
cheep, cheepy, cheepy,
cheep, cheep...

120
00:04:57,480 --> 00:04:59,920
- Oh! Don't you start.

121
00:05:01,040 --> 00:05:05,240
[WEASELS: CHEWING, SLURPING]

122
00:05:05,320 --> 00:05:07,000
[CHIEF: BURPS]

123
00:05:07,160 --> 00:05:10,080
- Oh, delicious!

124
00:05:10,920 --> 00:05:12,960
Oh, I'm still hungry!
[PLATE SMASHES]

125
00:05:13,040 --> 00:05:14,640
Gimme yours Tinker.

126
00:05:14,720 --> 00:05:16,840
- But I've only just started!

127
00:05:16,920 --> 00:05:21,200
- Oh well, if you'd rather
listen to Kingfisher's new song?

128
00:05:23,160 --> 00:05:25,120
- Cheep, cheep, cheepy!
- Oh!

129
00:05:29,440 --> 00:05:30,600
[PLATE SMASHES]

130
00:05:30,640 --> 00:05:31,640
- Still hungry!

131
00:05:32,280 --> 00:05:33,120
Smudge?

132
00:05:33,720 --> 00:05:36,159
- Oh no Chief! Have a heart.

133
00:05:39,680 --> 00:05:41,560
- Cheep, cheep, cheepy...

134
00:05:41,720 --> 00:05:42,720
- Oh no!

135
00:05:43,800 --> 00:05:44,720
Really?

136
00:05:49,159 --> 00:05:50,360
[PLATE SMASHES]

137
00:05:51,640 --> 00:05:52,960
- What's for pudding?

138
00:05:53,000 --> 00:05:55,000
- Pudding?
There aint no pudding.

139
00:05:55,600 --> 00:05:58,040
- Then you better go
and find some hadn't ya?

140
00:05:58,400 --> 00:05:59,600
- Aw Chief!

141
00:06:01,240 --> 00:06:03,880
- Cheep, cheep, cheep, cheepy..

142
00:06:03,960 --> 00:06:05,440
- We have to do something about

143
00:06:05,480 --> 00:06:08,520
that bird or our lives'll
be a misery forever!

144
00:06:09,480 --> 00:06:12,040
- Well this has been fun,
but I better be off.

145
00:06:12,120 --> 00:06:13,680
My voice is getting tired.

146
00:06:13,720 --> 00:06:17,440
- Come on, rest your
little head here.

147
00:06:18,960 --> 00:06:20,680
- But Chief reason!

148
00:06:20,760 --> 00:06:23,320
- Now you're not going anywhere.

149
00:06:23,760 --> 00:06:27,000
That song is catchy
and I want to hear it again.

150
00:06:27,200 --> 00:06:27,800
Now!

151
00:06:28,000 --> 00:06:30,480
- Cheep, cheep, cheepy!

152
00:06:30,560 --> 00:06:33,840
[KINGFISHER COUGHS]
[CHIEF: LAUGHS]

153
00:06:37,040 --> 00:06:38,080
- We should get going.

154
00:06:38,560 --> 00:06:40,360
We've got to put
the firewood away.

155
00:06:40,440 --> 00:06:42,280
- What a peaceful afternoon.

156
00:06:42,320 --> 00:06:43,880
Thank you Toad.

157
00:06:43,960 --> 00:06:47,320
- Peaceful is right,
once that Kingfisher left.

158
00:06:47,880 --> 00:06:48,680
- Here! Here!

159
00:06:48,720 --> 00:06:51,360
- Funny, I thought he'd
be back by now.

160
00:06:51,560 --> 00:06:53,760
- He said he was going
to the Wild Wood.

161
00:06:53,840 --> 00:06:54,720
- Hmmm.

162
00:06:54,960 --> 00:06:56,960
That was some time ago.

163
00:06:57,040 --> 00:07:00,800
- I do hope that silly song of
his hasn't got him into trouble.

164
00:07:01,080 --> 00:07:03,600
- We should go and check.
Just to be sure.

165
00:07:03,640 --> 00:07:05,680
- Finding him shouldn't
be too hard!

166
00:07:06,200 --> 00:07:09,040
He'll probably be singing
that awful song!

167
00:07:10,720 --> 00:07:11,840
- Kingfisher!

168
00:07:12,440 --> 00:07:14,480
- I can't hear him anywhere.

169
00:07:15,080 --> 00:07:16,480
- Not so much as a chirp.

170
00:07:16,520 --> 00:07:17,880
- Kingfisher!

171
00:07:18,400 --> 00:07:19,360
Out you come!

172
00:07:20,760 --> 00:07:21,600
- Quiet!

173
00:07:22,000 --> 00:07:23,560
You'll lead him right
to us!

174
00:07:24,240 --> 00:07:25,960
- Tinker?
Smudge?

175
00:07:26,440 --> 00:07:28,320
What are you doing
hiding out here?

176
00:07:28,560 --> 00:07:30,880
- Well we were looking
for pudding for our lunch.

177
00:07:32,400 --> 00:07:33,960
- Lunch was ages ago!

178
00:07:34,000 --> 00:07:35,000
- We know!

179
00:07:35,360 --> 00:07:38,400
But we can't go back and listen
to Kingfisher's awful song.

180
00:07:38,600 --> 00:07:40,000
It's driving us mad!

181
00:07:40,040 --> 00:07:42,240
- Chief actually likes It!

182
00:07:42,320 --> 00:07:46,159
And he's making Kingfisher sing
until we do whatever he wants.

183
00:07:47,480 --> 00:07:49,080
- That sounds like Chief.

184
00:07:49,120 --> 00:07:49,720
- Hmm.

185
00:07:49,800 --> 00:07:51,120
How about we work together?

186
00:07:51,560 --> 00:07:54,320
Find Kingfisher and get him
out of the Wild Woods.

187
00:07:54,800 --> 00:07:55,640
- I'm in.

188
00:07:55,720 --> 00:07:57,320
Anything to get that bird back

189
00:07:57,360 --> 00:07:59,440
to the riverbank
where he belongs!

190
00:07:59,520 --> 00:08:00,240
Come on!

191
00:08:00,960 --> 00:08:02,760
[CHIEF LAUGHS]

192
00:08:03,400 --> 00:08:04,880
- He's put him in a cage!

193
00:08:05,400 --> 00:08:07,200
- Oh we've got to help him!

194
00:08:07,400 --> 00:08:09,160
- We need some kind
of distraction.

195
00:08:09,800 --> 00:08:11,800
- I think I have an idea!

196
00:08:12,920 --> 00:08:15,280
- Oh! - You took your time.

197
00:08:15,640 --> 00:08:17,320
And where's my pudding?

198
00:08:17,400 --> 00:08:19,120
- We were looking for
those berries you like.

199
00:08:19,680 --> 00:08:20,600
Couldnt find them anywhere.

200
00:08:20,680 --> 00:08:21,280
- Yeah!

201
00:08:21,920 --> 00:08:25,520
- Ah! You need an expert
to sniff em out.

202
00:08:26,320 --> 00:08:27,720
- Someone like you Chief?

203
00:08:28,720 --> 00:08:33,159
- Hang on! You ain't making
me do your work that easily.

204
00:08:33,760 --> 00:08:35,559
- How about a game
of cone in the hole?

205
00:08:35,640 --> 00:08:37,360
Loser goes and
finds the berries.

206
00:08:37,760 --> 00:08:38,840
And no cheating!

207
00:08:39,600 --> 00:08:40,200
Deal?

208
00:08:41,159 --> 00:08:41,760
- Deal!

209
00:08:42,200 --> 00:08:43,000
And don't mind him.

210
00:08:43,039 --> 00:08:44,400
He's lost his voice.

211
00:08:44,840 --> 00:08:46,040
- Oh!

212
00:08:49,240 --> 00:08:49,840
- Right!

213
00:08:50,040 --> 00:08:52,240
Let me show you how it's done!

214
00:08:55,120 --> 00:08:56,520
- I can't reach.

215
00:08:58,320 --> 00:08:59,880
- Ha ha!
Cheep, cheep, cheep!

216
00:08:59,960 --> 00:09:00,560
- Right!

217
00:09:03,560 --> 00:09:06,000
Right then! This one I reckon!

218
00:09:10,960 --> 00:09:12,920
- Well done Hedge!

219
00:09:13,000 --> 00:09:13,600
- Ooh!

220
00:09:14,200 --> 00:09:14,800
- Oi !

221
00:09:15,000 --> 00:09:16,400
That kingfisher's mine!

222
00:09:17,440 --> 00:09:18,920
- Not anymore Chief!

223
00:09:19,880 --> 00:09:22,000
[LAUGHTER]

224
00:09:22,640 --> 00:09:23,600
- After them!

225
00:09:25,080 --> 00:09:26,640
[LAUGHTER]

226
00:09:26,680 --> 00:09:29,080
- Maybe after pudding.

227
00:09:30,240 --> 00:09:31,600
[SMUDGE LAUGHS]

228
00:09:31,920 --> 00:09:35,160
- Oh dear! Looks like
you lost, Chief!

229
00:09:36,360 --> 00:09:38,160
Get extra pudding for me!

230
00:09:38,760 --> 00:09:42,160
- Wha... No! I was distracted.

231
00:09:42,320 --> 00:09:44,160
- A deal's a deal Chief.

232
00:09:44,560 --> 00:09:48,400
[SMUDGE LAUGHS]
[TINKER LAUGHS]

233
00:09:49,600 --> 00:09:52,800
- Maybe give that song a rest
for a while, eh Kingfisher?

234
00:09:53,040 --> 00:09:56,120
- I'm sorry! I kinda
overdid it didn't I?

235
00:09:56,320 --> 00:09:59,160
- Don't worry, you
wont hear it again.

236
00:09:59,880 --> 00:10:02,840
Turns out it was trouble for
everybody, even me.

237
00:10:03,160 --> 00:10:04,680
Anyway, I'm working
on a new song.

238
00:10:04,720 --> 00:10:05,600
Thanks for the rescue.

239
00:10:05,680 --> 00:10:06,480
See you all soon!

240
00:10:06,560 --> 00:10:07,400
[HEDGE: Bye!]

241
00:10:07,480 --> 00:10:08,320
- You're welcome!

242
00:10:08,920 --> 00:10:09,520
Right!

243
00:10:09,880 --> 00:10:11,040
Let's get back to my place.

244
00:10:11,120 --> 00:10:14,560
And then I can rustle up a cozy
fire and a nice cup of tea.

245
00:10:14,760 --> 00:10:15,320
- Yes!

246
00:10:15,400 --> 00:10:16,760
- Sounds perfect Mole.

247
00:10:16,800 --> 00:10:21,000
- Cheep, cheepy, cheepy, cheep..

248
00:10:21,440 --> 00:10:24,440
What? It is very catchy.

249
00:10:24,840 --> 00:10:26,920
Cheepy, cheep, cheep...
